Mr Delicious by the Beach

We decided to take a chance and celebrate our anniversary at Mr. Delicious. We were not disappointed. This place is a hidden gem! Upon entering, the staff were extremely friendly. The decor is warm and makes you feel like you're in a tropical destination. Our server Carly was excellent and went above and beyond. The food was so good: tasty, and seasoned well. We had jerk salmon and lobster ravioli. Also loved the salad! We will definitely be back. Thank you Mr. Delicious!

What a gem we found in this restaurant.During my 7 days stay in the Pickering area I ate there 4 times.Twice in company (I had a good taste of my friends dish too) so experienced 6 different main dishes in total.Also the excellent blueberry cheesecake.Had my stay been longer I would happily have tried everything on the menu.The service is excellent.We had numerous conversations with everyone we interacted with and they were all lovely and engaging people.Chef Special menu selections get you a salad starter with spinach, vegetables and fruit with a beautiful dressing.Yes, fruit in a salad was a new experience for me but what a pleasant one it was.The food is all freshly prepared so takes a few minutes longer than in most of the other establishments that we ate at.However, it was always worth those few minutes and on top of being well prepared, it was all beautifully cooked and extremely tasty.Not overly spiced with flavour profiles that were amazing.If you are ever in or near to Pickering go and eat here, it really is that good.Junction of Bayly Street and West Shore Boulevard.Next time I’m in that part of Ontario I will definitely be making return visits.Thank you Glen, Lorraine, Yvonne, Sydney and the other staff whose names we do not know.You have all provided me and my palate with some wonderful memories.Keep up the good work guys.

Hosted a dinner for our daughters 1st Birthday at Mr Delicious in March. Atmosphere was great, service was warm and welcoming and food amazing! The Jerk was JERKIN lolCommunication from initial contact to the very end was excellent... authentic ambiance and amazing vibes! Organizing food with their contact Sara was simple and Chef Glens food hit the mark! Also try his Rum Punch!!Absolutely consider them for an event or even just for dinner!THANK YALL AT MR DELICIOUS FOR HELPING PROVIDE GOOD FOOD AND GOOD ENERGY WHILE WE CELEBRATED OUR DAUGHTER!!

Fantastic local spot. Discovered this over the summer when they opened for lunch. Great little getaway in the patio. Delicious food.I tried many dishes, and my favourite is the Island Penne with Shrimp and Jerk Salmon dinner.Jerk chicken is not the barrel jerk I expected, it is more of a jerk bbq.I've dined in and bought takeout.

Mr Delicious by the Beach . Fabulous food so well as the presentation, excellent service thank you for a great meal.As a true Jamaican Trust mi people Di Food Baddd‼ I recommend this restaurant. So lovely to spend an evening at Mr Delicious by the Beach!!!!Look at the Food and the drinks it’s like you can eat and drink it right through the phone.I want to thank the hostess : Lorraine ,Yvonne and Glen for making our first visit enjoyable.

Dec 6. 2024 - This hidden gem did not disappoint. The oxtail poutine was delicious although a bit salty. The oxtail was also good. The lobster bisque so delicious very filling so you may wanna share coz the serving is large. Presentation of food in the cast iron frying pans on a wooden board top notch. Met the owner too really nice guy.

Super charming space!Staff was good.Owner is extremely nice.Food is BOMB!Presentation could be better. - the sauces came in those mini paper ketchup holders; made it a little hard to dip without spilling or ripping the paper sauce cup.Having real little sauce ramekins would have been much nicer.Otherwise NO COMPLAINTS!Will definitely return and recommend everyone to try this place out!I loved it!

AMAZING !! Had my wife's Birthday party here on Sunday and despite a little mix up in the beginning the owner and staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to rectify the mistake and then provide a 10 Star service for my wife and all of our guest. Food was simply incredible, It truly was a night to remember and cherish. the owner made it very special. 10 out of 10
